The tests range from 20 to 45 minutes. The longer the test the more relevant data and the more informed decision you will be able to make. Candidate’s time is of course always of essence. Therefore it is up to you to balance these two aspects when choosing test. One way of doing it is to offer candidates to choose from two test links, requiring only the shorter but motivating to take the longer test. It also includes the more “basic” and fast abilities attention and memory. We call this the basic cognitive engine to be alert, understand and perceive what is going on, what is important and to use information given in conversations, argumentations and problem solving.
